Integrating Ashby ATS with HireJoy
Setting up the integration
The Ashby <> HireJoy integration allows you to automate candidate evaluations.
Basic functionalities:
- Sync jobs to HireJoy
- Sync candidates to HireJoy
- Evaluate candidates and send the feedback back to Ashby
Prerequisite
Make sure you have admin access in Ashby before setting the integration up.
Setup
Get the API key from Ashby
- As an admin in Ashby, click on the Admin tab on the top.
- Click on Integrations > API Keys
Create an API key
In the API Keys page, click on New:
Name your API key HireJoy:
Paste the API Key in HireJoy
Go back to HireJoy, paste the API key in the Ashby Integration.
To get to the integration page:
Paste your API Key from Ashby in the API Key box in the Connections tab:
🎉 You're set up!
Sync frequency: Every 10 minutes, HireJoy will check if there are new applicants in the pipeline.
Send candidates back to Ashby
After evaluating a candidate, HireJoy will send the evaluation, score, and explanation back to Ashby like so:
