Integration setup takes 10 minutes. After that, HireJoy will start reviewing candidates in the background, 24/7/365.

After setup, you can fully customize the evaluation criteria for each job in plain language, like “has worked on large-scale data pipelines” or “has worked at a high-growth startup”.

When a candidate applies to a job, HireJoy will review it and send a detailed candidate note back to Lever, with a score from “strong no” to “strong yes”. No need to jump between apps.
