Go to /settings/integrations and choose your integration. Currently, we integrate with Ashby, Lever, and Greenhouse ATS systems.
After enabling your integration with an API key or OAuth login, you can configure which jobs you want to have HireJoy turned on for.
Go to /roles to customize the desired criteria for each job, which is used in HireJoy's AI resume screening. The more accurate these criteria are, the better the screening quality will be.
The next time a candidate applies to a job that has screening enabled, HireJoy will automatically evaluate them and post a score in the application.
